FREE TIME, HERE I COMEEE

At last, we took some days off from work thanks to our new national hollyday that feasts St Mary. Lucky us, right? We are free till wednesday so it's party time. Or at least, I hope so. I have something to work on, for my park projects, but I hope that won't take me forever. So, I hope something fun and worth telling will come up this weekend, so I can tell you about. Till then, cherish this Friday sunny day everyone!

AT LAST IT HAS ARRIVED...

My sister's post on Catchy ( http://www.catchy.ro/). She is probably one of the best writers I know. And I am not saying this just because she is my dear sis. No. I base myself on what others said about her native writing talent, and on her so many won writing contests.

This time she had presented, very shortly, belive me, her trip to Sardinia and what she has dexperienced there. I tell you that you can understand the whole atmosphere just from her stories. She tells her stories easily, in a cool and relaxed way  and it's always easy to follow her storyline.
I think I should let you with her stories, on this site, that I have discovered since she started writing and  congratulate the staff for choosing Alma to write their weekly design article. They couldn't have choosen a better person for this.

SATURDAY IS MEETING WITH OLD FRIENDS AND SEING NEW ARCHITECTURE IN TOWN

   This weekend I had the chance to meet my 2 best friends from highschool, Ana and Cata. We were planning to meet for so long, and if I hadn't meet with Ana a couple of days before, even today we wouldn't have met. It was great to catch up and remember ourselves funny stories from that time, even though none of us was fond of that period in our lives. Hope we will see eachother on dayly basis and not from 6 to 6 years. After that, we head off to see the newly built National Stadium, for it is a new thing in town and we  had to see it, as little architects in becoming that we are. Indeed it is a spectacular building( to tell you a secret, I have never been to a stadium before) and I can't realy belive they actualy made it! As you probably know, things in Romania, and especialy building things, take much longer than they should. So, for this I would check on the "yes list". Now, we are ready to wellcome many bands that didn't come till now because they didn't have where to play, such as U2. :p

Hoping this will happen very soon, I let you enjoing the rest of the weekend.

SAVAGE BEAUTY- THANK YOU ALEXANDER MC QUEEN

   The perfect title for the perfect exhibition, for the perfect designer. He left us to early with an immense void in our souls and our fashion legacy. But since he started creating, till his death he managed to leave us an important heritage.
   If I could, I would totally run to see this. It is amazing! Just the clothes alone are brilliant and the way they are presented it is unique and really realistic.
   So,  if you are lucky enough to be in New York, please visit this wonderful exhibition and send me some photos.:P

NEW INDOOR STYLE INSPIRATION

Well, today, not having any other ins[ired ideea for a post, I just arrived at my primordial ideea fo rthe blog: the design isue. 

I've surched the internet for ideas and look what inspires me these days.

                                 Work of art on the wall. Lots of works of art. Yes, and the rough table.

                       Mirror, mirror on the wall. Or in the garden, this time. I wonder which one tells the  truth.

     Great way to keep the cookies. Elegant and it keeps the dog away from them. Well, till he discovers that he can jump on the table, or he can brake the glass. Hope your dogs don't behave like that, though.:P

      Isn't this a little hippie?But I always considered colours to be an important element in decorating a house. And different patterns, of course. And pillows.

                                      When I will be old, this is how my reading corner would look like.

   I always respect a mirror's role in a room. Sometimes, it is better than a picture. Although a standing object it brings life to a room for reflecting living an moving elements.

                                And this is a good quote to start a day.  Try it just once and you'l feel better.
